Baptism Information 2025
-Spanish Baptism scheduled on the second Saturday of each month.
-English baptism scheduled on the third Saturday of each month.
NO baptisms will be celebrated during the month of December.
Our next baptism class in Spanish is on November 2nd, next baptism class in English is on November 19th. Please call the parish office to register for either class.

Our book for Quinceañera/Wedding ceremonies or mass intentions for 2026, is now open. For reservations of Quinceañeras or Weddings, an appointment with Fr. Kishor needs to be made 1st. For any questions, please call the parish office.

Children’s Choir
Parishioner Sherry Saladar is trying to organize a children's choir to sing at scheduled masses throughout the Religious Education program year in conjunction with the masses that the students will be attending as classes.
The program is open to all young children of the parish whether registered or not. The first practice session will be held on Friday, October 24 at 3:30 pm in the church choir loft. For further information, contact the parish office at 209) 862-3528.
Would you like to have a set of Church Offering dated envelopes delivered to your home?
You will never forget a 2nd collection or special intention if you do! It’s easy and
so convenient. Contact the parish office to be placed on the mailing list and you will receive two months of envelopes at a time delivered with your mail and you can begin using them immediately. Envelopes provide privacy for givers who prefer to keep them donations discreet. They will serve as a little reminder to attend mass as well! Call the parish office (209) 862-3528 or email office@stjoachimnewman.org to be placed on the list. You will love the convenience of knowing that you have fulfilled your commitment to the parish.
All Soul’s Envelopes
For those who would like to donate in memory of your loved one. Envelopes are now available in the parish office or the inside the church tables. Please write down the name or names of your loved one(s) along with your donation and place it in the dish at the altar on November 2nd. The candle and the dish will remain at the altar through the entire month of November. Thank you!
World Mission Sunday Collection
Today we will celebrate World Mission Sunday. Pope Leo invites the entire Church to support mission dioceses in Africa, Asia, the Pacific Islands, and parts of Latin America and Europe, where priests, religious and lay leaders serve the world’s most vulnerable communities. Please keep the Pope’s missions in your prayers and be generous in the collection for the Society for the Propagation of the Faith
