Mass intention book 2027

The parish book for Quinceañera and Wedding ceremonies, as well as Mass intentions for 2027, is now open!

For Quinceañera or Wedding reservations, an appointment with Fr. Kishor must be made first before a date can be reserved.

For questions or additional information, please contact the parish office.

**Mass Intention Reservation Policy

To ensure that all parishioners have a fair opportunity to offer Mass intentions, the following policy will apply to weekend Mass intentions:

·      Each family may reserve up to 2 weekend Mass intentions per month.

·      Weekend Mass intentions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

·      Because each weekend Mass can accommodate only 4 intentions, space is limited.

·      Additional requests may be placed on a waiting list and will be accommodated as availability permits.

·      This policy is intended to give all parishioners an equal opportunity to have their loved ones remembered at a weekend Mass.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to serve our entire parish community fairly.

All Souls’ Day – Masses in Remembrance of Our Loved Ones

Monday, November 2, 2026

On All Souls’ Day, we come together in faith and prayer to remember and honor our beloved family members and friends who have passed away. We invite our parish community to join us for a special Mass as we entrust our departed loved ones to God’s eternal love and mercy.

Mass Schedule:

8:00 a.m. – English Mass

7:00 p.m. – Spanish Mass

As part of this special celebration, we invite you to bring a 4 × 6 or smaller, framed or unframed photographs of your deceased loved one to be placed on the church altar as a loving remembrance. The photographs will remain on the altar throughout the month of November as we continue to pray for and remember our departed loved ones. We ask that you place your name and phone number on the back of the picture frame.

The Book of the Deceased will also be available throughout November for you to write the names of loved ones you wish to remember in prayer. All souls day Envelopes for offerings will be available throughout the month of November and will also be placed at the altar.

Let us gather as a community of faith, united in the hope of the Resurrection, as we pray for those who have gone before us and cherish the memories they have left in our hearts.

May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

The Sisters of the Rosary will be reciting the rosary every day for the month of October. The schedule is as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at 7:30 a.m. before mass and Tuesday after mass at 6:00 pm.

Join us in this powerful prayer, as we ask the Blessed Mother for her intercession in our lives, our family and our world.

Communal Wedding Opportunity

Are you and your spouse married civilly but have never celebrated the Sacrament of Marriage in the Catholic Church? St. Joachim’s is preparing for an upcoming Communal Wedding for couples who wish to celebrate their marriage in the Catholic Church.

If you and your spouse are interested, please contact the parish office to be added to the list and receive more information about the requirements and preparation process.

We encourage interested couples to take this beautiful step in their faith journey!

World Mission Sunday Collection

Today we will celebrate World Mission Sunday. Pope Leo invites the entire Church to support mission dioceses in Africa, Asia, the Pacific Islands, and parts of Latin America and Europe, where priests, religious and lay leaders serve the world’s most vulnerable communities. Please keep the Pope’s missions in your prayers and be generous in the collection for the Society for the Propagation of the Faith.
