XV retreat 2026

If your daughter is to celebrate her XV mass at our parish, we now have the list of XV retreats for 2026. Please stop by the parish office for a registration form. We would like to remind you; XV retreats are a requirement for the mass celebration.

2026 Ceremonies and Mass Intentions 

Our book for Quinceañera/Wedding ceremonies or mass intentions for 2026, is now open. For reservations of Quinceañeras or Weddings, an appointment with Fr. Kishor needs to be made first. For any questions, please call the parish office.

Baptism Information 2026

-Spanish Baptism scheduled on the second Saturday of each month.

-English baptism scheduled on the third Saturday of each month.

NO baptisms will be celebrated during Lent, in the month of May or during Advent. Please call the parish office to register for baptismal class.

Annual Contribution Statements – 2025
Parishioners who would like a copy of their annual contribution statement for tax purposes are kindly asked to contact the parish office. We will be happy to assist you.

Live Stations of the Cross
We invite parishioners of all ages to take part in our upcoming Live Stations of the Cross, a meaningful Lenten devotion that brings Christ’s Passion to life through prayerful reflection and witness. This is a beautiful opportunity to deepen your faith and serve our parish community. PRACTICES ARE NOW ON WEDNESDAYS FROM 6-7PM.

Lenten Stations of the Cross

During this holy season of Lent, we invite you to join us for the Stations of the Cross as we prayerfully reflect on Christ’s journey to Calvary. This beautiful devotion helps us enter more deeply into the meaning of His sacrifice and prepares our hearts for Easter.

Stations of the Cross will be held each Friday during Lent at 5:30 in English and 7:00pm in Spanish, in the church. All are welcome to attend and walk with Christ on His path of love and mercy.

During Lent…
We are called to a 40-day season of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. Many know of the tradition of abstaining from meat on Fridays during Lent, but we are also called to practice self-discipline and fast in other ways throughout the season. Can. 1252 The law of abstinence binds those who have completed their fourteenth year. The law of fasting binds those who have attained their majority, until the beginning of their sixtieth year. We kindly remind the faithful that, in keeping with the liturgical norms of the season, no flowers are to be used to decorate the church during Lent.

Clam Chowder Fundraiser

The perfect meal for a Friday of Lent!

Our Parish will be having a Clam Chowder Drive-Thru take out on Friday, March 20 from 4-6 pm. 

Drive-Thru at the Newman FDES Hall - alley access. Dinner for two includes 32 oz of delicious Clam Chowder prepared by Bernie Medeiros of In Good Taste Catering - 4 bread rolls with Butter and cookies for dessert.

Lenten Mission 2026

As we journey through this sacred season of Lent, we invite all parishioners to join us for our upcoming English Lenten Mission — a time of renewal, reflection, and spiritual growth. Father Gustavo Andres Serpa of Sacred Heart in Patterson will be visiting our parish and helping us with inspiring reflections, prayer, and an opportunity to deepen our relationship with Christ as we prepare our hearts for Easter. The Lenten mission will be on March 16, 17 and 18. Starting at 6pm with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and mission; 7pm- 7:45pm Confessions and Blessing with the Blessed Sacrament at 7:45pm

Get to know Fr. Gustavo:

Born on October 7, 1982, in San Juan, Argentina.

As a lay faithful, he was involved in the Argentinian Catholic Action Youth Ministry for 8 years, where he heard Jesus' call. At his 19's, he discerned his priestly vocation, entering in religious life. After 10 years of studies in Argentina, Mexico and Rome, he became a Catholic Priest at 30 years of age. He served in the U.S. for 7 years at the Dioceses of Detroit and San Diego, preaching mainly the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola and imparting Formation for Teens and Young Adults. He was sent then to minister as a High School Chaplain in Argentina and Mexico.

After 12 years of priesthood, he answered the invitation to serve at the Diocese of Stockton. His great passion as a Priest, is teaching Sacred Scriptures and Liturgy, as well as preaching Spiritual Exercises and Spiritual Direction.
